13th Aug 2008 : I signed up with Great Eastern the Savings Plan with a minimal sum.
It took me a while to commit and finally I feel that I should have my own savings. High time I should think about myself rather than more of people around me. Not that I am being selfish or what but in case when I grew into my maturing age at least I have some financial support.
10 years savings plan. Not much but a small amount to start off with.
Means, no more shopping or travelling for a while. Have to think twice before I spend on something. In a way its good also lah.
