New Resolution 2010

Welcome back as a good come back. So many things happen over the years. Bitter sweet alike. We hope this year 2010 will be a much better year for all of us. I believe its the year of TIGER.

Oh yes! I change job. I'm now working in Return 2 Green Sdn Bhd. We manufactured food packaging, industrial trays, medical and telecommunication. We have our R&D and also supplier of bio-degradeable products. I join them on 14th Dec 2009. My boss is Mr. Fozae. He is in his 40's but looks young and slim. He also drives HONDA but a Civic. He is also very positive in his approach and I like working with him. Whenever, I am confuse with things he will make it right and straighten my doubts. So, lucky to have him to become my boss.

I left Atlan/Bluemetal on 9th Dec 2009 with a heavy heart. My reason was I'm not happy there especially with Llew and Carol. Until my last day, Dato Wong also never talk to me. At least See Chee How asked me to re-consider. The best is still PS Tan. I missed working with him. I miss all my friends like Hong, Nishar, Najib, Naing Win, Zuki, Verantha, Lian Hua, Ramli and all the operators who had supported me. Heard that PS Tan is extremely stressed out after I left. Poor boss! We had a gathering recently for Ong GH's farewell dinner at Pizza Hutt. PS still give me angpow for CNY. So nice of him and I pray that he will get a better job soon and leave the place of HELL. Reason being he is a good person.

Chris, now working in Frencken Bangi. His boss just promoted him to Asst Manager recently. I'm very happy for him. I see him lesser now days. He did come back for Christmas. He came by to meet me for lunch. Sometimes, people ask me what he had given me....I would actually prefer his presence more to the gifts. Time with him is better. I don't know if he feels the same way. I pray for him daily for GOD to touch him and return to his faith.

His mom, often communicate with me on sms. She is a nice lady. Very encouraging with prayers and motivational statements. I like her.

Jessica and I recently re-kindle at Sushi King E-gate for dinner. Poor Jessica, lost her beloved baby Phoenix and also her relationship with her boyfriend didn't work out. So this year would be a quite CNY and Valentine for her.

Our house is now nicer and more modern especially with new kitchen and also new furniture. We also air-cond the whole house. Thanks to my sister and bro-in-law, Bernice and Chui, for making that happens. I love them very much. They had supported me very much especially financially as well as morally.

Therefore, my hopes and dreams of this year resolution 2010 would come true. I have almost everything but one thing still missing. I wish for a good and loving life partner to fulfill my life. I seek for happy marriage and a smooth carrer. For I do not wish for authority or power but a simple life. I hope GOD and Mother Mary and Saint Joseph will hear and answer my petition this time?

WORK, WORK, WORK

Guz what now days I wanna take leave besides letting my boss (PS) sign which he is very ever willing to let me go for my leave. But now they want me get approval from SK(tooling mgr) & SCH(Biz Mgr). Worst is my MD (Son in law, Llewmc)asked Mike Tay (IT mgr) to ask me to come back to work or work at home. Crazy! I dun mind but these kind of people so calculative I won't want to sacrifice. If my boss asked me I will go back even without getting paid bcoz he is nice, understanding and doesn't take advantage. Luckily still got a good boss but without much power these days. Only when problems arise they will dump everything to him to settle. But he has a few of us still can support him. As I already said he is nice to us so we have to support him back.

My task these days I had to cover IT(ERP System set-up), Project A (Non-Flex) , Project B (Flex.OCE), SLP(Small Lot Prod), Daily Prod & Delivery Fulfillment meeting. Some times had to help out in the QA Improvement & Engineering Improvement but I take it as a learning.

Daily I go to office, I will drop off my things at my new office. Then go open my boss office to water his plants for him. Then go to clean the Datuk Kong shrine and prayer. Then have my breakfast.

Starting my day early coz I got so many meetings and yet had to update and reports.

If our MD is gracious to know how hard we are working. Pity my boss as always he is used as a scape goat. But still he help to solve many problems which the MD, his daughter & son-in-law cannot even thing of a solution. They only knows to Blame.

My boss had taught us under him not to use blame but try to solve the problem first and only slowly fix the matter. Its tiring but those who contribute feels more stress la. Haiz! what to do?

Still have to work....or else where to find MONEY$$$$$$$.

Christmas2008

Christmas this year not so in the mood. Just organised a small makan-makan for my Process Engineering & Facilities team and gave them a little goodie bags. Just to make them happy. Gave PS (my boss) & Annie (my assistant) a mug each. For Kim & Jess each a special glass coaster.

I was asked to either work at home or come to work during my leave. Crazy one these people. Spoil my Christmas mood. Tell you more in my another post.

On the Eve, mom took the family out for dinner. It was at Four Season. It was a nice gathering. Then went home for gift exchange. After that I adjourned to Ivan & Joanne's (My team city's ex-leader)house for BBQ. YK, Jonathan, Stevien were all there. We had a great time...drinking, eating, chatting....after so long never had such fun. UOTT is more fun. (Unofficial teh tarik). I don't blend well in the other group. Prefer and more comfortable in this group.

The next morning I had to get up 7am for mass coz I had to sing. Luckily my mom woke me up. So, after mass I went to Gurney nail Hansen to do my nail. Now my feet looks better. Eunese did pedicure for me. I choose Red and she did the 1st toe nail art for free.

Dinner we were invited to U. Joe's for buffet. There I catch up with Vivien, Ju Lian (Vivien's brother) and played with the kids (Smartdriver) cool game. I received a nice gift from A. Veron facial and towel.

You must be thinking how come I never mention one person ...Chris. Well, he was not in Penang on Christmas so he said we will meet this Sunday, 28.12.08. I got him bedsheet since he is going to be moving into his new place. Also got A. Pauline(his mom) a little coin purse. I will informed what I receive from you later, ok! :)

On Boxing day, 26.12.08, went out with my good friend Jessica. We had lunch and then went to her friend's shop she bought some dresses while I got 2 nice earings. Going to wear it for my cousin's wedding 27.12.08.

Better Days.....

These days...ever since I go clean up the Datuk Kong life is a bit better for us. Today, 17.12.08,after work my boss asked me to get tongkat & kampia(malay hat) for the Datuk Kong. Perhaps I will only put them on friday.

I am very busy these days...doing IT (my new assignment), small lot production, production and delivery, projects, process engineering & quality for new projects. Wah! its so tiring.

Recently, with my chest problem I went to consult Dr. Ong Mei Ling but she did all the test and found out that my rib bone is not align and thus leads to block some of the neave when over tired.Now I have to see another bone specialist. Its very costly to consult specialist. So broke already.

My job is so demanding as need to follow up on production line, attend meetings, updates and report daily & weekly up to the MD & my boss. I hope I can focus well.

When to see Uncle Tan and he had taught me what to do to improve on things. I also share with PS (my boss) hopefully works for him lah.

Lately, both of us not corresponding due to both are so busy. He is busy with his new appartment renovation. While, me busy with my work and yoga also cut down.
Kinda miss him. Wonder if he misses me also?

Did my christmas shopping dee. So happy! But I had to budget my finance since yoga also cut till only 1 class.

Breakfast only eat oats & lunch biscuit. At least take care of the weight and stay slim for christmas, new year and CNY....

Bernice & Chui coming home for CNY. I can't wait to have them home. They are my sister & bro-in-law. Both work as Chef in Bermuda Islands.

Recently, had my 1st christmas gathering with my 3 chi mui (Yen, Bee Lee, Tang Yee) we exchanged present. Yen change new Vios recently(Silver) also saw Zhang Yang & Lee and they both look good. We had a great time.

Soon it will be christmas. Hope to see Chris and pass him his stuff. Wonder what I would receive from him this christmas? Well wait for the surprise.

Last night had dinner and good catching up with Jessica. She got herself a puppy. Really cute...Phoenix is her puppy's name.

Need to sleep now...till my next update.

Holiday to Hanoi Vietnam

10th till 14th Nov 2008 : Holiday in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Weather cooling 22 degrees to 26 degrees C. Nice weather and I love this kind of cooling weather.

Went with Evelyn Yap my primary classmate. Met up with her in KL and stayed a night at her parents place. Very nice parents Evelyn has. Uncle Ban fetched me at Subang airport. Fire fly was good airline. Serve food and drinks. Uncle Ban took me to the Clove and had japanese lunch. Mary could not make it coz she had classes on. Went to their house to meet up John, Francis and Aunt Elizabeth.

Took the LRT ride on our way to LCCT. Flight delay to 4pm. Met new friends upon arrival at Hanoi Emily & Sabrina as they took the same cab and stayed same hotel with us.

Stayed at Hanoi Golden Plaza Hotel. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast on the house. Good coffee & bread with eggs and butter daily. Lunch @ Papa Joe while dinner usually ate Noodle soup (Chicken)

Went for City tour to many interesting places in Hanoi. Ho Chin Min museum and saw his real body resting there...no cameras allow & mobile phones. Took pictures only outsides. Went to few lakes as Hanoi means inside the red river.

Experienced the culture and arts of Vietnamese. Had good VIP lunch...rice of Hanoi, famous taufu, prawns, french beans veggie, chicken stew & spring roll. Yummy Yummy!

Went to watch the Water Puppet Show. 40 mins showtime. Pretty interesting.
Something like out Wayang Kulit.

During the City tour met 1 Canadian uncle (Ron) he is an aero-engineer, Grace young Standard Chartered banker with her parents & a vietnamese girl married with an Australian guy with a daughter names Emily. Took picture with her (as below).

Bought some sourvenir and I must say things in Hanoi is not cheap. Very expensive. Bought sourvenir for my love ones. Food there also very expensive.

On the whole hotel staff Peter & Hung very nice people. Hotel is budget style but clean and helpful people around us.

This holiday takes me to relax and forget about work for a while.

Things Changed ever since we moved to New Site

1st my boss admitted for split disk and was on MC for nearly 2 months. Later it was Kim our Production Manager, she was bleeding non-stop. Also was hospitalize twice. Hong and I from best pal to now total stranger. Every morning ever since last week I don't feel like going to work anymore. I will depressed all the time. Sad to say things change and people change. Everyone seems like so selfish. Our tooling was stolen, existing tooling has lots of issues, lack of manpower, production cannot meet delivery, lots of quality problems.....etc.

How long can I take this ? I can go crazy. If this continue on I think better to die. Our MD is pressing us for quality and if parts don't meet spec we cannot deliver. So we have loads of issues unsolved.

Today is thursday, I asked my boss to go with me to pray to the Datuk Kong. He stood there praying for quite a long time. Like he never prayed so long before. He is suffering even more. Hope he will still carry us under him through these difficult times.

I talked to Chris about our company and my grievances. He seems to say its all Dato's fault. If top management gives lousy instruction everything else will be rotten. I believe so. His company is not like ours...the top management just assign and job gets done smoothly. It should be the case.

Tonight I was call in for a conference call with the US customer (QVI). We re-committed our schedule and lost 3 new parts as our quotes are higher than China by 300%, 41%, 25%. No head or tail and Atlan's team leader See didn't align well his team.

Every friday, I will be alone having lunch. So petatic!What to do all my lunch partners have gone on their separate ways.

I'm really not happy at all now.

Many happenings ever since my last update

I tried to get myself to write some updates but just can't do it....due to too stress, too busy, too lazy.
Almost every night I have been staying back to work and even on weekends. What else projects cannot meet dateline lah. So every night I do yoga to release stress. Or else I am almost going to breakdown with depression.
Yesterday morning as I was having my breakfast at our pantry alone...I was having thoughts of jumping off the platform at the end bay. Then for 2 days in a week I just feel depressed. Like so sad all the time when I come in to work. It gets worst when my MD's daughter, Carol talk to me in a manner that I had done some criminal act. So much work put in and just 2 days of her presence she took all the credit away. Fine I really fed up. Hong ( used to be my best pal) at work now is like an enemy to me. Fine also. I feel like dying.
Luckily, I got my mom, my boss and Annie (my assistant) who still believe in me. So they told me just play your cards well. God will do justice to the ones who deserve the punishment if they keep doing evil deeds.

Chris and I attended, Wilson's wedding. Surprised actually that he could make it. Of course my best friend Jessica also attended with Charles. Her boyfriend were not invited. Coz Wilson dunno him...

The wedding was held at Sandy Bay Paradise Hotel. Authentic style..chinese cum indian cum western. Sweets in a pack were the give aways.
